A little further ahead in the disassembly. The modified Jack-Alls really help with process. Not being able to separate the body and pan presents a few problems, but being able to roll around underneath on a shop stool makes it a lot easier. A rotisserie would be the best way to go if I had the room.
A shot of the engine bay and rear suspension. Surface rust, but no major problems.
The drive train and suspension removed.
Front beam removed. Almost ready for media blasting.
This is the cart I built to roll it around and get it onto the flat deck. It's built so the forklift can just pick it up and put it on the saw horses for media blasting.
Ready to go for soda blasting.
